Autoimmunity is no joke, some disorders can be a nuisance while others can be debilitating and even deadly. Learning how to manage stress and inflammation in our bodies is a key to maintaining a healthy body. In this episode I review my history of gut busting workouts and long hours of training and partying. I discussed how it all played a role in my declining health and what I plan to do to fix it.
